Due to the fact that there is less than a month until I am in Italy I figured that I should get everyone acclimated with this blog. I hope that this is easily accessible and that you enjoy reading about my travels. If you need any help accessing you can always email my mom and she can help!
So far I have signed up for my classes-
Genocide
Human Trafficking and Contemporary Slavery
Intro to Italian Literature
Advanced Italian Composition
Special topics in Natural Science: Food and Agriculture
I am very excited for all of these and have heard that the professors at John Cabot are excellent, although the courses are supposed to be very demanding (so much for one big party in Europe... kidding)
Speaking of John Cabot here is the link to their website if anyone wants to check it out : http://www.johncabot.edu/
My parents have generously given me three trips to other countries. I am definitely going to travel to Dublin (for St. Pattys day!) and Barcelona (With Elise and Kaitlyn!) but am still contemplating the third (any ideas!?). Besides this I have a trip lined up with Jimmy for Carnival in Venice (Italy's version of Marti Gras) and my mom may come down to travel around Italy after the semester is over. So far thats the agenda although I am SURE that there will be many other trips seeing as I have Fridays off every week.
I hope that everyone has a wonderful christmas holiday and stays warm and cozy! I will probably not update until I am in Rome unless something UNBELIEVABLE happens (plus Kiawah is internetless).
Buon Natale a tutti e Felice Anno Nuovo! Ciao!
